Do you know what benefits you're entitled to?

We've supported thousands of our customers with financial help schemes, reduced payment plans and payment breaks. Yet, lots of our customers may be able to get more help from the government.

We've teamed up with Policy in Practice, a third party benefit calculator, to make sure our customers know:

• what benefits they could get
• how to claim, and
• how their benefits will be affected if they start work.

By making this tool available, we're hoping more customers can get the financial help they need.

How does it work?

The calculator is free and simple to use.

As you go through the calculator, you'll see a list of common benefits. The calculator will highlight any benefits you may be entitled to on this list.

The calculator will take around 30 minutes to complete.

The calculator is used to find out which benefits you may be entitled to claim from the government and is not used to calculate your bills or eligibility to our financial help schemes and tariffs.
