2024-2025 Developer Charging Consultation

Each year we publish our Developer Services charging arrangements for the services we offer, guided by Ofwat’s charging principles.

As we prepare our charges for the 2024-2025 period, we sought your feedback in relation to changes we are proposing to make.

This year we gathered your views on:

• Environmental protection and incentives
• Your customer journey.

Our 2024-2025 charges will be published by 1st February 2024 and will go live on 1st April 2024.
