During our regular engagement, we’ve listened to your feedback and have worked to create new support and guidance documents.

The aim of this is to give you a clearer understanding of the stages within our SLP application and construction process.

What’s new? 

To provide transparency around our end-to-end journey, we’ve produced a step-by-step guide of our SLP journey from application through to meter fit. The document is colour coded to clearly show responsibilities and sets out service level agreements and what notification documentation is required from you at each stage.

Alongside this guide, we’ve also updated our application and request forms to make them editable, making it easier to complete and save online without the need to print them.
