If you find and fix a leak in your property within 30 days, you might qualify for a leak allowance.
What's a leak allowance?

A leak allowance reduces your high bill, to cover the cost of water you've lost through a leak.

Why do you give me a leak allowance?

We don't think it's fair you pay for water that you haven't used. Instead, we want to reward you for getting that leak fixed.

Leakage is a big waste of water, and we don't want that.

How do I qualify?

First, you need to have a water meter.

When you fix the leak, take a meter reading. Around two weeks later, please take another reading.

We'll need these meter readings to calculate the correct bill.
