We're happy to welcome InterpretersLive! by Sign Solutions, to offer our British Sign Language users a way to contact us through a live interpreter.

Use this service to contact us during our opening hours:

  • 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and
  • 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Our accounts and billing contact centres are closed on bank holidays, however, our water and sewerage contact centre is available 24/7.

This service can be used by Windows devices and Apple Macs.

Operating system:

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 8, and
  • Windows 7
  • Service Pack 1 (all require .NET framework 4.6 or later)
  • macOS 10.11 or later or iOS 9 or later.
  • Android 4.4 or later
  • iPhone 4s or later, and
  • iPad 2 or later

Internet connection: StarLeaf recommends download and upload speeds of 1.0 Mbit/s for High Definition video conferencing. Content sharing and/or video functionality might be restricted at speeds below 384kbps

Please note: if you have less than 120kbps available, the call will be audio-only. The minimum requirement for video calls is 192kbps.
