If you're a tenant, you will need to get agreement from the property owner. Even if you’re not completely sure you have lead pipes, get in touch with us so that we can arrange a simple check for you by one of our site surveyors.

2. Your free site evaluation

During your visit, our site surveyor will explain what the process for removing your lead pipework is and will be happy to answer any questions that you might have. They will complete a free full site evaluation for you. The surveyor will need your consent to proceed and you can change your mind up to two weeks before the work starts.

3. In your neighbourhood

We will let you know the dates your street will have their lead communication pipes replaced.

4. Getting the work done

Once we have confirmed a date with you, our operatives will arrive at your home to carry out the pipe replacement. You’ll be guided through the process so you will know what will be happening and when everything will be complete.
