The water and energy saving products we offer including the fitting is all free of charge. Our plumbers will not sell any products or services to you this project is all free of charge.

We will give you a call to arrange an appointment at a time and date convenient for you.

This will ensure we can contact you to arrange a time and date for your visit. Don't worry though we know how annoying it is to get cold calls so we promise not to pass your number onto anyone else. It will only be used for the purpose of the waters worth saving project and will then be held securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

All staff will only arrive at your home on the pre-arranged date and time and will carry a photographic ID badge you can arrange for a personalised password which you can ask for when we arrive to confirm their identity.

This offer is not open to everyone and the opportunity to take part is limited. We are targeting our high water using customers to offer them a free water saving visit. We will check some details with you like how many people are living in your home to check you are suitable for the visit first.

We expect the visit to take around one hour.

The plumber will provide advice and information about your water use, check for any leaks and repair where possible and install free water saving products where suitable.

As you are on a water meter, if you save water, you will see the savings on your bill. If you would like to know more, you can log in and check your water use on your online account. After the visit, it’s over to you to make sure you save water, by using the products provided and making the changes suggested at the visit.

It looks like you may be using more than your neighbours. We will check this first before booking a visit to confirm your use. Water’s Worth Saving aims to help customers using more than 290 litres per person per day to save water and reduce waste.

At the visit, you will sign a statement which grants you a 12 month guarantee from the date of your visit.

As well as saving water, energy and money, by taking part and becoming more water efficient you will help us to make sure there is enough water for future generations and help protect our local environments too. We never ask you to restrict your water use, but be mindful and reduce water waste.
