If you do not replace them, having lead pipes may affect your house price in future and cause untimely disruptions. If you’re selling your home, you can explain to future buyers you have had new water supply pipes installed. New pipes are less likely to leak. Internal leaks can be highly disruptive, potentially causing damage to your home and belongings in the process. We want your pipework to be fit for now and for the future.

6. Guarantee

Our policy for replacing lead pipes is in accordance with the Water Supply Regulations to maintain high drinking water quality standards. Not only will you have brand new pipes but they come with a two year guarantee as standard. As with most things, pipes will also have a shelf life; the more modern your pipes are, the less likely you are to have leaks in your house or unplanned disruptive plumbing work in future.
