The 2025 Northumbrian Water Developer Conference was a huge success, bringing together stakeholders from across the homebuilding sector.

This year’s conference placed a strong emphasis on networking, with plenty of opportunities for developers, SLPs, NAVs, local authorities, and suppliers to connect and ask questions.

Over 20 exhibitors from across the construction and supply chain industries joined the event, showcasing a wide range of services and products.

Attendees also enjoyed updates on key focus area including Enabling Water Smart Communities, Ofwat, Smart Sewer Networks, Build It Growth Tool, Customer Experience and Developer Charging.
