Once the application has been processed we may require an appointment with you to carry out a survey to determine if a water meter can be fitted at your property. If a survey is required we will aim to contact you within 7 days of your application. Surveys are carried out between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
We may carry out a survey without the need for an appointment with you. If this is the case we will put a card through your door advising of the outcome of the survey and the next steps.
To complete this online form you will need to provide us with:
- Your customer reference number
- Property type and number of occupants
- Landlord's name and address if a rental property
- Your property address, including postcode
- Your account name
