It's not an easy conversation, so we want to make sure you have access to trained advisors who can help.

Before you call, StepChange ask that you fill in their online budget form, found in the 'Prepare for Your Call' section on their contact page. It will give them an idea of your circumstances. Calls take around 40 minutes.
