Festive prize draw

This free prize draw is being held by Northumbrian Water Limited, whose registered office address is Northumbria House, Abbey Road, Pity Me, Durham, DH1 5FJ.

The prizes available are £100 shopping vouchers for a major retailer, (there are a total of 10 prizes to be won, being (five) prizes for Northumbrian Water Limited’s operating areas, namely (1) the North East of England and (five) the South East of England). The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Entry into the prize draw opens on 1 December 2025, and closes at 11:59pm on 17 December 2025.

There will be ten overall winners (five in each of the operating areas referred to above) selected by Northumbrian Water Limited at random from the contact information provided on the feedback form.

The winners will be notified by email using the details they provide on the feedback form. Only one entry is allowed per household. This prize draw is not open to employees of Northumbrian Water Limited.

This is a free to enter prize draw that is open to all domestic household customers of Northumbrian Water Limited who are aged 18 years or above. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and to claim the prize. Northumbrian Water Limited may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. The decision of Northumbrian Water Limited is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Prize winners’ details will not be published anywhere but, provided that the prize draw winner provides its consent to us to do so, their name and county location will be available to members of the public for 1 (one) month after the closing date of the prize draw by request at nwlresearch@nwl.co.uk

The prizes will emailed to the winners following contact with the winners, which will be made, in the first instance, by email using the contact details provided by the customer at the time of entering into the prize draw. If a prize winner is not in touch with Northumbrian Water Limited to claim their prize within 2 (two) weeks from the date that Northumbrian Water Limited tries to contact them, then Northumbrian Water Limited will re-draw a prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw you are consenting to these terms and conditions.

Northumbrian Water Limited will not accept any liability for any technical failure (software, hardware, network or other) which may delay or otherwise impede the submission of your entry into this prize draw.
