We're happy to welcome InterpretersLive! by Sign Solutions, to offer our British Sign Language users a way to contact us through a live interpreter.

The InterpretersLive! service is available during our opening hours:

  • 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and
  • 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Our accounts and billing contact centres are closed on bank holidays, however, our water and sewerage contact centre is available 24/7.

 

You can use this service using your tablet, phone or computer or you can download the InterpretersLive! app on your smart phone. You'll need an internet connection or mobile data signal.

 

By choosing to use this service, your personal data will be processed by Sign Solutions, providers of InterpretersLive!. Information discussed on the call will not be retained by Sign Solutions.

Please note: if you have less than 120kbps available, the call will be audio-only. The minimum requirement for video calls is 192kbps.

To request a callback from Northumbrian Water, please download the app or contact Sign Solutions on interpreterslive@signsolutions.uk.com so hearing people can contact you via a BSL video interpreter.
