To make sure that customers who need emergency work are able to rely on us 24/7, we need to schedule any non-emergency work between 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. This will help keep our bills amongst the lowest in the country.
If your work is non-emergency, we will schedule it totally free of charge and let you know when we will do the work. Because we know that sometimes it′s important to you to get same day service, for only £105 (plus VAT) we can fast track your appointment so that one of our technicians will visit the same day.
