HOW DO I STOP RECEIVING TEXT ALERTS?
You can stop receiving these free text alerts at any time, simply text STOP ALERTS followed by your 12 digit customer reference number to 07860 020 006 and we will remove your details. Please be aware we may still text you if a payment is late.
WHAT DO I DO IF I CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER?
It is important you let us know if you change your mobile number. You can do this on our website if you have registered for an online account at www.nwl.co.uk or you can call us with your new number so that we can update our records.
