Set up new customer account

To complete this form, you will need:

  • Account name
  • Your customer reference number

    Found on the top right hand side of your bill

  • Property postcode
  • New address details
  • Meter reading for current and new address (as applicable)
  • New address details
  • Valid email address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Meter reading for new address (as applicable)

Note: If you would like us to take a meter reading please give at least 5 working days notice, otherwise we may have to estimate your bill.
