Northumbrian Water - in the event of further flooding, or if you experience flooding for the first time, please can you report the incident by calling our freephone floodline on 0800 328 7648. This will make sure that the flooding records remain accurate and will allow experienced advisors to progress your call and undertake any necessary action as quickly as possible.
You can contact the site team during normal working hours at our temporary site office on Lincoln Green who will be happy to answer any questions about our planned work or site related issues. In addition, our project manager will be available at the site office every Monday morning between 11.00am and 12.00pm to help with any queries.

The Environment Agency provide a free flood warning service for areas at risk of flooding from rivers and the sea. You can receive warnings by phone, email, text or fax. To sign up for the Flood Warnings Direct service, visit their website or call their Floodline on 0345 988 1188.
