You can access and view your water bills and statements online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be able to access a record of your bills and statements on our website and will receive email notification when new bills and statements become available.
Signing up for e-billing means that you will no longer receive paper copies of your bills and statements which may be of benefit to the environment and saves you having to keep paper copies.
You can check and pay your bills and statements in just a few clicks of your mouse.
Your bills and statements will be safely stored so that only you can access them when logged into our website using your unique email address and password combination.
How to sign up for e-billing
If you are already registered on our website simply click on this View/ update account details link, logging in if necessary.
Go to the bottom of the page and select ‘change’ next to the ‘Electronic Billing Preferences’ option. To sign up for e-billing simply tick the box next to the ‘I would like to sign up for electronic bills’ text and save your changes.
If you are not already registered please go to our manage your account online page to register. Leave the ‘I would like to sign up for electronic bills’ option at the bottom of the registration form ticked and you will be automatically signed up for e-billing.
As a registered customer you will also be able to view your account summary and bill/ payment history, as well as having access to a number of other useful services.
Once signed up for e-billing you will not receive any more printed bills and statements from us, but may receive other correspondence from us on an occasional basis. We will email you when new bills and statements are available for you to view.
Your 12 digit customer reference number is printed at the top right hand side of your bill.
