You may have noticed that things are changing at Northumbrian Water and I wanted to share some exciting news with you.
We are updating our look and refreshing the way we communicate to make it easier than ever for you to get in touch, access information and understand more about what we do.
We carried out some research last year which told us more about the things that matter most to our customers and we want to make sure that these are the things that we will always deliver on. We know that our customers want a quality water and waste water service, great customer service, value for money and a water company that will protect the environment and serve our communities, now and in the future.
At Northumbrian Water we are passionate about water, it is the source of life and brings us enjoyment in so many ways. We know that our customers really value water and the benefits it brings to all our lives. This is reflected in our purpose ′Living Water′ which helps communicate the fact that water is at the heart of all our lives, from the day to day stuff like taking a shower, flushing the loo and enjoying a cuppa, to the really big stuff like keeping our rivers and beaches clean and protecting the environment for generations to come.
Our research showed that some customers felt the way we look at the moment, the way we present ourselves on our leaflets, websites and vans, was in need of updating and so we have used this feedback to refresh our image.
You will start to see more of our fresh new look over the next few months, starting with our website and our customer bills and slowly moving on to vans and signage as and when these things need replacing.
At Northumbrian Water our vision is to be the national leader and we are really close to achieving this vision, with industry leading results in many key performance areas.
