  • what to do if you forget your password
  • finding anything on our website, and
  • completing forms and common error messages.

Who are the Customer Ambassadors?


Our Customer Ambassadors are Northumbrian Water customers. They′ve volunteered to provide this helpful service to their fellow customers.

What can the Customer Ambassadors help with?


As well as providing help on our website, our Customer Ambassadors can give you advice on things like:

  • what to do if your water is a strange colour
  • give you water saving tips, and
  • more information on water meters.


Customer Ambassadors can’t access your account, and you don’t need to share personal information with them.


Simply ask your question and you'll get an email notification when an Ambassador replies to you.
