To complete this form, you will need:

  • Account name
  • Your customer reference number

    Found on the top right hand side of your bill

  • New address details
  • Meter reading for current and new address (as applicable)
  • New address details
  • Valid email address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Meter reading for new address (as applicable)

Note: If you do not provide us with a meter read where your property has a meter fitted we will estimate your bill based on your move date.
