As part of this ′Big Break - Direct Debit′ campaign, we will make a donation to WaterAid for each Direct Debit sign up we receive by 30 June 2013. WaterAid is a charity that works to provide clean water, safe sanitation and hygiene education to the world’s poorest people.

The quickest and easiest way to sign up to pay by Direct Debit is to use our new online form. To use this form you will need to provide:
- Property postcode
- Account name
- Bank / building society account name
- Your customer reference number
- Bank / building society account sort code and number
Alternatively you can ring us with your details on 0845 733 5566 or complete the application on the back of any of your Northumbrian Water bills and return it to us.
