Emergency road closure notice

We have had to introduce an emergency road closure at the junction of Melbourne Street and Pandon Bank. Routine sewer investigations by NWL have identified a large void underneath the road and it is necessary to undertake further investigations and remedial measures immediately.

The closure prevents traffic turning left into Pandon Bank from Melbourne Street and a diversion route along Melbourne Street, Buxton Street Crawhall Road to City Road has been signed on the street.
