Clearly Thirst Class competition - 'Spot the van'

Your water bill could be paid for a year and you could win an energy efficient white good if you enter our competition by spotting one of our new ‘Clearly Thirst Class’ vans and sending the evidence of your spot in     to us.

We are committed to ensuring that the 800 million litres (that is ten million baths full!) of water we supply to you, is of a very high standard – the governments Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) is the water quality regulator. They carry out thousands of tests every year along the                                                                                   supply route and at customers’ taps.

We are proud to say the quality of the drinking water we provide is amongst the best in the country, and it is healthy for you too! Drinking plenty of water is proven to have many health benefits …… and at only 1p for around 50 glasses, it’s excellent value for money too!

Over 50 of our vehicles (large and small vans) across the north east region are now sporting our celebratory message.

To enter this competition all you need to do is take a picture of one of these vans by using either your camera phone or camera.

Remember to include the following details on your entry

1. Your name
2. Your contact telephone
3. Your postcode
4. Time and date of spot
5. Location (nearest road and town) of the spot
6. Van registration number, if it isn’t clear on your picture.

The competition opens on Monday 28 January 2008 (00:01hrs) and closes Friday 8 February 2008 (23:59hrs).

All valid entries will be placed into a prize draw and the winner will be randomly selected on Monday 11 February 2008.

All addresses from entries submitted by email may be used in future Northumbrian Water marketing campaigns. If you do not wish to receive any e-bulletins from Northumbrian Water, please state this in your entry.
