'Looking to the future' - our strategic direction statement

Our plans for water and sewerage services in the north east of England

We are preparing our plans for the future.  Our aim is to maintain low bills for our customers while making sure you, and future generations, continue to be able to rely on a sufficient supply of safe, clean drinking water.  We want to ensure you receive these services with minimal disruption to your lives, and know that when you flush the toilet, your waste will be returned to the environment without harming it.

We have produced a booklet called 'Looking to the future', which sets out our aims for the next 25 years and beyond.  Our customers are central to the success of our business and our plans take into account the results of extensive customer research.

The booklet can be downloaded by clicking on one of the links below, which provide either a short summary or the full report, depending on your needs.  You can navigate around the full report by clicking on the page numbers on the content page.  To get back to the content page please click on the top left corner of each page.
