Follow the A167 to Durham. At the Pity Me roundabout take the 4th exit into Pity Me. At the mini roundabout turn left onto Abbey Road. Follow the road to the next roundabout and turn right into Northumbrian Water Limited's head office.

From Stockton...

Follow the A177 to Durham City centre. Follow the signs to County Hall. At the County Hall roundabout take the A691 to the roundabout on the A167. Take the 3rd exit signposted Newcastle. Follow the road to the Pity Me roundabout and take the 4th exit signposted Pity Me. At the mini roundabout turn left onto Abbey Road. Follow the road to the next roundabout and turn right into Northumbrian Water Limited's head office.

From Newcastle...

Follow the A1 south to junction 63. Leave the motorway and at the roundabout take the 4th exit A167 signposted Durham. Follow the A167 to the Pity Me roundabout. Take the 2nd exit signposted Pity Me. At the mini roundabout take turn left onto Abbey Road. Follow the road to the next roundabout and turn right into Northumbrian Water Limited's head office.
