Our Employee Handbook is subject to negotiation or consulted as appropriate through our Employee Relations Framework.

We recognise four different trade unions within the organisation:- GMB, Unison, Unite, and UCATT; GMB, Unison and Unite are the 3 lead trade unions.

Employee relations in the company are good and our commitment to working together for the good of the business overall is summarised in our Working in Partnership booklet.

Our annual Employee Attitude survey is a good barometer of how our people feel about working for the organisation.  Some headlines are:-
