Northumbrian Water Ltd (NWL) is required by the terms of its Instrument of Appointment and by Ofwat's statutory guidance to publish an Access Code, including indicative prices, for access to its water supply networks. It must review its Access Code, including the indicative prices, at least annually.
Northumbrian Water Ltd (NWL) is committed to providing a cost effective service for Self Lay to developers and their agents, often referred to as Self-Lay Organisations (SLOs), while ensuring that the standards of installation work and water quality are not compromised. As such NWL has welcomed and adopted the Code of Practice for England & Wales for the Self-Laying of Water Mains and Services 2nd Edition as published by WRc plc.
