WaterSure
There are government regulations to protect you if you or someone in your household receives certain benefits or tax credits and live in a property with a water meter. To qualify for WaterSure, you must also have three or more children up to 19 years old in full-time education who live with you, or someone in your household who has a medical condition which means they use a lot of water. If this applies to you, you do not have to pay more than the average household bill - you could save money.
Water charges
You won't pay more than £153.00 during 2011/12 for water under WaterSure.
Sewerage charges
You won't pay more than £183.00 during 2011/12 for sewerage services under WaterSure.
