The Boat Inn and the marquee will be serving a range of hot foods and seasonal fare throughout the day. Please note, we are unable to provide space for people to consume their own food onsite.

We have adapted our event to accommodate wheelchair users where possible, however due to the nature of this event being an outdoor experience set within a forest setting we need to make such visitors aware of natural hazards such as tree stumps and muddy conditions which is due to weather and outdoor forest conditions. Please note, Leaplish Waterside Park is a hilly area and there are steep access areas around the event.
Our staff on site are happy to assist where possible but please highlight your special needs when booking your tickets online or by telephone. All bookings made with wheelchair users are allocated Snowman groups only.
After you have booked your Winter Wonderland tickets you will receive a confirmation email by return and we will post your tickets to your home address within 10 working days of booking online or by telephone. This will include your day pass for either a snowman or a reindeer and this will list your activity times along with tickets for arts and crafts, Christmas carousel, Snowy Owl and friends and adult Christmas gift.
Once you have received these please check that your details are correct. Please note, your confirmation will not list individual adult bookings – the lead adult and all children will be shown. You will need to bring your day pass and tickets to gain access to Winter Wonderland.
If booked your tickets online and do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours of booking please email leisureteam@nwl.co.uk

Please note, there is a £7 charge to make a booking amendment.
