The team building activities have all been developed to appeal, and be accessible for, a broad capability/skill range of delegates. Whilst each activity is designed to promote communication and leadership skills, the emphasis is very much on the fun, enjoyment and sense of achievement that is achieved by working as a team in pursuit of a common goal.
The activities that you choose are all co-ordinated and facilitated by our dedicated activities management team based at Kielder, who we will be happy to advise you to a combination that may best suit your requirements, in advance of your visit.
All equipment and insurance is provided by Northumbrian Water. Due to the outdoor nature of many of our activities however, we do ask that delegates come prepared for the elements with appropriate clothing and footwear!

Orienteering - teams are given photographs taken from around the Kielder orienteering course, which need to be matched up to find clues as part of a larger puzzle.
-
Walk the plank - team members are asked to navigate an obstacle course all standing, as a team, on two planks of wood. A test of leadership, teamwork and communication.
