Surface Water Drainage for Hartlepool Water customers
Customers situated in the Hartlepool area currently receive their water and sewerage bill direct from Hartlepool Water. This bill includes sewerage charges that are collected by Hartelpool Water on behalf of Northumbrian Water Ltd.
The new charging methodology as described on this website and associated information leaflets will also apply to Hartlepool Waters' business customers.
The first bills to include the new phased charges have been submitted from April 2006 onwards.
You will continue to receive your sewerage bills from Hartlepool Water and pay your water and sewerage charges directly to them.
