Together, through a series of fun and friendly competitions, we have raised more than £25,000 for the independent charity WaterAid.
We are fortunate to be able to take top quality tap water and safe waste water treatment for granted. Millions of people in Africa and Asia are not so lucky. For them it is a matter of life and death.
A child dies every 17 seconds in the developing world from disease caused by dirty water and yet, through WaterAid, it costs just £15 to provide someone with clean drinking water, safe toilets and hygiene education for their entire life.
Competition entry is at the normal day ticket rate with all proceeds donated to the good cause. Winners will land Explorer season tickets and there are also generous Hardy Greys prize vouchers for those in the top places and the captors of the biggest fish.
There are WaterAid events organised for both individuals fishing from the bank or pairs of anglers fishing from a boat.
With separate competitions for multi-bait, coarse anglers and fly fishers there are opportunities for all those who fish our waters and throughout the different months of the season.
So whatever your piscatorial passion don't miss out - cast for charity with us this season and save lives while you enjoy your sport.
