Drought Plan
The requirement for water companies to produce Drought Plans is formally set out in the new Section 39B of the Water Industry Act 1991, as defined by the Water Act, 2003 and set out in the Drought Regulations 2005. In accordance with the Drought Regulations a Drought Plan has been produced.
