Whilst we endeavour to get it right first time we appreciate that this is not always the case.  In these circumstances we would like to talk to you so we can resolve your concerns.  You can do this by telephoning our customer centre on 0845 733 5566 for billing matters or 0845 717 1100 (24 hour service) for water and sewerage services where one of our customer advisors will be happy to help you.
