100% of new starters to receive an induction plan, which details meetings with managers and training needs, prior to starting with the company in 2009/10.  
By March 2010 85% of employees say the company provides sufficient training to do their job safely, using our employee attitude survey as a measure of our success.  
90% of our people to have achieved a NVQ Level 2 qualification by Summer 2010.  
70% of people managers are qualified to minimum NQF Level 3 by March 2010.
