Exceed 99.90% in the north and 99.98% in the south compliance with the water quality standards in 2009/10.  
Distribute requested customer campaign materials, for example Using Water Wisely within 10 working days of receiving the request during 2009/10.

Achieve total water savings of 1.12 Ml/d and 0.74Ml/d in our Northumbrian and Essex & Suffolk regions respectively, through water efficiency activity during 2010/11.
