WaterSure formerly known as Protect tariff

There are government regulations to protect customers receiving certain benefits or tax credits and living in metered properties. These cover customers either with three or more children up to 19 years old in full time education and living at home or whose household contains an individual with certain medical conditions requiring high water use. These customers do not have to pay more than the average household bill.
