Winter Wonderland tickets are still available and you can book by calling us on 0845 155 1553. Lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Before you book
When you make your booking, you will be asked for the following information.Santa's secret
You will need to know your 'Santa's secret' for each child. Your child will be told this secret when visiting Santa. For example ‘has a teddy called Boris’.
Santa's letter
Your child can receive a letter from Santa at the cost of £5 per letter. If you would like your child to receive a letter you will need to know the present your child is going to receive this Christmas. For example, ‘a bike’ or ‘an ipod’.
Kielder Winter Wonderland is a children’s experience ideally suited for children aged between three and ten years of age and as such the number of adults that can attend the event is limited. Age, height and skate size restrictions apply on some of the experiences. This is an outdoor winter experience and subject to changeable weather conditions. Please dress appropriately – warm clothing and winter footware are advised. Terms and conditions apply. Telephone calls may be recorded for training purposes. Winter Wonderland is a very popular event and therefore you may experience long waiting times when booking by telephone. We would advise you to check call charges with your telephone network provider.
