The Northumbrian Water GLOBE Project is a unique scheme linking schools and education centres throughout the North East of England using an international environmental education project - The GLOBE Programme.
Northumbrian Water is keen to be involved with this project as a network of schools and education centres can provide useful weather data that can help us predict changes to weather patterns as a result of climate change. Northumbrian Water is skilled and experienced in managing the water cycle and the impact it has on our lives. These changing weather patterns are likely to continue to present operational challenges.
